Integrations let Fano Summary sync with your existing tools so meetings are captured automatically.

Calendar integration

Fano Summary connects to your calendar to see upcoming meetings and send the note-taker bot to join them.

Microsoft Outlook

Status: Available Connect your Microsoft Outlook calendar to enable automatic meeting detection and bot joining.
  1. Go to Settings → Integration.
  2. Click Connect next to Microsoft Outlook.
  3. Sign in with your Microsoft account and grant calendar access.
  4. You’ll see a “Connected” badge once linked.
To disconnect, click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the integration and select Disconnect. For more details, see Connect Your Calendar.
Fano reads your calendar to detect meeting times and join links. It does not create, modify, or delete calendar events.

Managing integrations

All connected integrations appear on the Integration settings page with their current status. You can connect or disconnect integrations at any time without affecting your existing meeting recordings or summaries.
